Cancellation Policy

Please note, your session is not confirmed until the non-refundable Retainer Fee is paid and your Session Agreement & Client Contract is signed and submitted. Weather cancellations/rescheduling will be made at the discretion of the Photographer. If you need to reschedule, you are required to give at least 48 hours of telephone notice to the Photographer; otherwise, you forfeit the ability to transfer your Retainer Fee to a new Session Date. In order to maintain the use of your non-refundable Retainer Fee, you are required to reschedule your Photo Session for a time set within 2 weeks of the original Session Date. If cancellation is initiated by the Photographer, all monies paid, including the Retainer Fee, will be returned within 5 business days from the time of cancelation.
